If you (Have paid for a tracking service, which will be on your receipt) and wish to track your order, please email your order number to us and we will have a look at where it is with the courier.
The tracking number with your order is an INTERNAL number for our stock shipping purposes. The tracking number from the courier is on a separate system and there the number you have will not work over the internet.
If you have paid for a tracking service, Just email us and we will be more than happy to tell you where you order may be. Please remember that timings are in working days and that usually orders take between 4-5 days to arrive in mainland UK.
