If you (Have paid for a tracking service, which will be on your receipt) and your order hasn't arrived, after 5 days from shipping please email your order number to us and we will have a look at where it is.

The tracking number with your order is an INTERNAL number for our stock shipping purposes. The tracking number from the courier is on a separate system and the number you have will not work over the internet.

We CANNOT track ROYAL MAIL items until they have been signed for at the receiving address (Ie: business or home) This is just the way RM tracking works.

Please remember that timings are in working days and that usually orders take between 4-6 days to arrive in mainland UK.
